What frames do you use?
We use real artists' stretcher bars to make up every frame to order - the way it should be done! We offer a choice of two depths - Choose from our slim frames which are 19mm deep or opt for our chunky frames which are 38mm deep.

Is my image good enough quality to blow up onto canvas?
The software embedded in the site automatically detects the quality of the original image and only allows sizes suitable for printing.

What canvas do you use?
We only use 100% cotton canvas - no imitations! Our canvas weighs in at a whopping great 400gsm - now that's the best there is on the market!

I've found an image I really like but I'm not sure if it will suit the colour of my room. Is there a way to check?
Yes - this is just one of several features of our unique software. Once the image is uploaded, you will be given the option to preview it. This will allow you to see your image hanging on a virtual wall - where you will be able to completely customize your surroundings to re-create your home!

How do I upload a photo?
On the "Home" page or "Upload My Image" page, simply click the "Browse" button and find the image you want to upload. Then hit "Show me my canvas" and watch your photo come to life.

Do I need to be good with computers?
No, not at all. The process has been designed for total ease of use. Give it a go and see just how easy we've made it for you!

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Absolutely. When entering your personal details you will be given the opportunity to say whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different delivery address.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.

What about my personal details?
Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon written request from yourselves. You will receive minimum emails from us concerning your order.

How secure is the website?
All payment details are processed by a secure server, this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details. We have also been granted an EV SSL by Commodo - which means the site is completely safe - you only need to see the "corner of trust" placed on the bottom right of our site to be sure!

How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain & increase the lifespan of your canvas, do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth; a light vacuum with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface. We provide you with a list of really useful information to help you care for your canvas with your item.

What inks do you use?
We only use genuine HP Vivera quality inks. These inks are guaranteed for over 75 years and are the absolute best on the market! Our inks help create up to 72 million rich and vibrant colours; helping to bring your photos to life.

Is the delivery charge included or do I have to pay extra?
We offer two levels of service. The Express level is a guaranteed 2 working day delivery and is charged at £8.95. The Super Saver is within 5 working days and is charged at £2.95. These times are inclusive of production AND delivery times!
