It is a refreshing change to come across a company that is as quick, courteous and professional. I had a small complaint after I placed the order which actually turned out to be a simple error on my end, but Canvas4Life was very receptive and assured me that they would do everything they could to rectify the situation, which they did. Finding good customer service from shopping online can be hard to find sometimes,  but Canvas4Life reassured me that good customer service still exists. I ordered this Wednesday evening and you e-mailed today (Friday 21st) to say my picture was on its way and it arrived just after lunch!   I’m extremely pleased with the canvas. I uploaded a photograph of my grandchildren, choosing a canvas print. This was on a special offer. The instructions were simple to follow but my lack of knowledge regarding terms such as bleed meant although instructions were simple I did not know really what I was doing. The canvas came very quickly and the quality was very good. I thought I had cropped the top of the photograph so cutting out the background of a windowsill, but this was shown. I was also disappointed that my three grandchildren were not centered. However, this was probably my fault entirely. I decided to contact the company as I was not happy. They were excellent in replacing the canvas. I did not make this straightforward for the company as they wanted me to cut a hole in the original canvas, scan it and then upload the picture as proof. As the picture was of my grandchildren I just couldn't do this, They then would send a replacement. They asked me to do the replacement photo as I wanted it. I did not want to cut a hole in the original and also given I had already made mistakes with the original order I was reluctant to follow these instructions. So we had a few emails explaining this. They were very prompt about responding to me with the new image. They then emailed me a photo of the new image and it showed the children centered and the top cropped. They also told me that I did not have to cut a hole in the original because they did not want it back. This is the definition of excellent customer service. They treated me like a VIP customer and not just an order number; they also understood my limited ability in following instructions. So well done!
I just received my canvas print and I am just blown away. It came out better then I could imagine. If anyone asks me about canvas prints you will be highly recommended. Great job.

Awesome customer service, thank you so much! I ordered 2 canvas of artwork I had done and it literally looks like I drew it right on the canvas. On my second there was a few flaws in the canvas. No big deal just shot customer service a few pictures and they sent a new one out!
I have used Canvas4Life for 2 years now buying Canvas gifts for personal use and for others and I have never been more impressed. From the easy to use website which is fantastic for visualizing which canvas is right for you (the living room) to the step by step options you can set. I like the fact that each time I could see how my canvas would look. I knew the quality of the image at the point of uploading so there was no chance of being disappointed when the canvas arrived due to poor quality. Email correspondence was fantastic and delivery was so quick. I believe on all instances that I have ordered from Canvas4Life each delivery has come much earlier than expected and packaged brilliantly. On my last order I received two $5 vouchers which is that extra personal thank you and I will certainly be purchasing many more items from Canvas4Life, in fact I wouldn't look anywhere else. Most definitely recommended for anyone wanting a high quality purchase.
After checking several other sites as well, I am very happy with the design, choices and ease of use of the canvas 4 life site. Now, I am excitedly anticipating receiving my order.

Yours was the only company I could find online that offered square canvas options. The website layout was user friendly; I think anyone would be able to walk through the guide. Looking forward to ordering more in the future!
This is my first experience with Canvas4life.com and all I can say is wow! I can't find many companies like Canvas4Life. Their service was great, the finished canvas is grea and the shipping was great. We had a small problem with the first canvas I received, but they fixed it and I can't express how pleased I am with their response. The overall use of the website was extremely easy and had no problems. I will definitely encourage people to use them.
I wanted to compliment the customer service at your company, I recently placed order, and having been out of the size I ordered you upgraded the size for no charge. First, I was very impressed that an actual person called to inform me of the situation, most times companies will simply email you if your lucky. Second, when I was told the proportions would be different I was nervous that the framing of the photo would be altered. Once again, most companies would have just put the photo on the bigger frame and let whatever happen, happen, but your company went the extra mile to make sure that my prints still came out looking great. The extra canvas hanger was an added bonus as well. I'm a restaurant manager and I know how much good customer service means, and I just wanted to applaud you. I'm very happy with my purchase, and after seeing my prints several family members are now ordering from you :)
I just wanted to tell you that my canvas arrived already today and that the quality is really great! I'm glad it all worked out on time in the end. Although I had a big scare that it wouldn't arrive in time you sorted it out in the end and because of this I will recommend Canvas4Life to friends.

After visiting about 5 other websites, the price was second to none... But the real kicker was the ease of navigation and simple adjustments on site to be made. I just ordered, so I don't know how the finished product is... but I love the website. Only recommendations: The ability to blow up the picture/ canvas full screen to get a better look and the ability to go back and review (maybe I missed this option).
My canvas arrived today, and I must say I was a little bit dubious about ordering online without talking to someone 1st, having never done this before..............but I am ssssooo pleased with the result, I cant wait to get it on the wall, superb delivery and just the whole experience was very painless and easy. The only part I didnt like about the whole experience was the waiting part to see how it would turn out. Have already recommended your website to family and friends.
