To often in business, we only here the negative comments, or the complaints about the multitude of issues we do not perform to our customers perceived level of satisfaction. In the case of my dealings with your company, and particular Jennifer, I am writing to laud your companies efforts to make the customer happy. For several days, I had sought out companies to provide me with several canvas prints, that alone was not a major issue, but when I needed them expedited, and requested an actual ship date, you would have thought I was asking them to divulge company secrets.  On more then one occasion, I was told, when requesting a precise ship date, to simply place the order, and we will send you an e-mail with a delivery.  When I tried to explain my situation, I would receive the same response.  Hardly the type of customer service I had hoped to encounter, as I tried to purchase my products.  It was not the fact they could not supply the product, as requested, rather it was the fact they could not give me basic information I needed to make my decision.  Even when I explained to them, all I wanted was an answer, to my question, they could not understand my frustration.In my dealing with Jennifer, I posed the question, she provided me with an answer, and more importantly, direction on what was required of me to allow your company to meet my needs.  It was a perfect response, and she furthered that by asking me to forward the order number, once I had obtained it, so she could insure it was acted upon immediately.  Obviously, the fact she and your production staff were able to make my request a reality, was a large portion of my satisfaction, but her hands on approach made the greatest impact in the process. Knowing that someone on the other end is now acting as my advocate in getting the order through the process makes the experience much easier on the customer side of the process.I own a manufacturing company, and know what it is like to get the expedited requests.  Sometime, it is virtually impossible, other times, it simply takes someone who wants to make the customer happy.  I am fortunate to have found your company, and particular Jennifer, who made me feel that someone did want to make me happy.  Thank you again for all the effort put into getting my order out the door. Thank you for the opportunity to be of service to your company. As a graduating senior from a university, money is not an easy thing to just throw away (except when the alcohol calls, but that's a tale for another time). Canvas4life.com was a life saver. Excellent online service, Exceptionally easy step-by-step process, and guaranteed 4 day delivery? Perfect. I ordered 4 canvas photos of our class in order to present to 4 of our professors during our banquet. I was initially planning to order from Costco, but the online service was being ridiculous. Thank everything that I managed to find this site because it was so easy to order. After the magical 4 days, the pictures arrived and looked fantastic! They were a huge hit. 
Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I received my canvas today and I love it!
This is our second order. We feel that canvas has more impact than just a photo. The order process was easy with many steps to get just the look we wanted, including cropping. It has been selected from over 1,500 submissions for display at a gallery show!

I ordered three pictures. Two are superb, one must have left the facility incomplete in error! I called, got such a wonderful rep on the line. She saw the problem when I emailed her a photo, and is having it redone. As much as I was disappointed the pic wasn't right, The wonderful service made the difference. I would not hesitate to order ehre again, as well as refer to my friends. Shipping was fast and as I wrote above, the other 2 were superb.

I am a repeat customer that was overjoyed at my first experience with two prints.  The order process was simple, well thought out and the final product was more beautiful than I ever expected.  In fact, it was so nice that I decided to get a larger canvas for one of the prints.  When it arrived, the colors seemed off from the original.  I thought I had repeated the steps identically, but the result was somewhat different.  While the result was good, I did not feel it was as good as the original order. Their customer satisfaction mission statement is fantastic and they lived up to it perfectly.  When I contacted them, through an exchange of emails they offered without hesitation to redo the order at no additional charge and to make certain that the enlargement on canvas met the outstanding color and placement they achieved on the original order.  I received the replacement today and it is just perfect.  They most certainly lived up to their pledge of customer satisfaction.  I will most definitely order again and again from them and recommend them to our friends.
I ordered a canvas a couple of weeks ago from our trip to Sedona in Arizona.  It is a 32 X 16 and it is beautiful.  Every time I walk by it I am awed !
I had a picture made for our daughter who's friend used said daughter while she was dancing with fire fans. The friend used daughter as her final project, and got an A. Picture is so awesome, I just had to get it made large so we can enjoy it. The process could not have been easier. I especially liked the fact that the actual picture was used while I was deciding about 1.75 or 3" frames. The rotating picture was waaay cool. The whole process was a breeze. I just received an update that the picture is winging its way to me as we speak. Only suggestion, a tracking number - I'm kinda like to know exactly when things are going to arrive. But shipping was free, so I guess it costs to track. I can only hope the finished product is as good as the positive experience we have had to this point!
I have used Canvas 4 Life before and also been happy with the products. The canvases are clear, crisp and bright, and show no sign of fading after 5+ years on the wall. The website is clear and easy to use and provides helpful guidance on canvas size in relation to the resolution of the original picture. Unfortunately on this occasion I was not at home when the canvas was delivered and the carrier left the package in the back garden exposed to the elements. By the time I came back from a weekend away the package was well an truly soaked by the rain that had fallen over the weekend. Although the canvas was well packaged some rain water had saoked through to the canvas itself. I reported the problem to Canvas 4 Life and they offered a replacement striaght away without any quibble. The replacement arrived a few days later when my wife was in to receive it. The product itself was up to the usual high standard and the cusotmer service provided to resolve the problem was excellent.
I love how i can make it to how i like it, i have used this site before and always fine it easy to do, people always think iv paid more than i have their that good. you couldn't gave someone a better present.
I GOT THE PICTURE YESTERDAY AND OPENED IT LAST NIGHT.  THEY MUST HAVE KNOWN WHAT I WANTED BECAUSE IT LOOKS GREAT!  MY WIFE WILL LOVE IT.  WE ARE STILL GETTING SETTLED INTO OUR NEW HOUSE AND ARE PLANNING ON GETTING SOME OF OUR WEDDING PHOTOS PUT ON CANVAS.  I'M GOING TO KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THE NEXT TIME YOU GUYS HAVE ANOTHER 25% OFF SALE AND WE WILL ORDER SEVERAL LARGER PRINTS FOR OUR LIVING ROOM.  I WAS GOING TO JUST ORDER THEM WITH THIS ONE BUT HAD A FEELING THAT I'D PICK THE WRONG WEDDING PICTURES OUT  :)   THANKS AGAIN!
Wow! I was a bit apprehensive about what the end product would look like...you know the saying, if it seems too good to be true it probably is too good to be true. Well, not in this case. The already amazing photos that my daughter had taken were elevated to works of art! I can't imagine what I would pay for something similar in a local shop. I'm now looking through my photos to see what else I can have transformed. Thanks so much Canvas4Life!
